Nicole Arrieta grew up in northern California, and she is a graduate of San Diego State University. She re-located to Florida in 2018 to attend Nova Southeastern University's excellent professional training program in physician assistant studies. While at Nova, Nicole excelled in her coursework and developed a special interest in primary care, with its emphasis on disease prevention and patient education. She was a class leader and organized medical mission trips to underserved areas. She graduated with high honors and continues as a mentor to her fellow students.

As a newly certified physician assistant, Nicole has been a valued member of the Altamonte Medical Group staff since September 2022. She has proven to be a very knowledgeable and thoughtful independent provider of first-class medical care. She is strongly dedicated to her profession. She participates in several professional service organizations and continues her studies with advanced medical education. She is kind and compassionate, which is greatly appreciated by her patients.
